mipromex – the specialist level evaluation unit for system-specific use
When this level meter is used, it stands out due to its versatile and simple commissioning. The product compensation results in high measurement accuracy with simultaneous product monitoring. Level measurements in glass apparatus in the sump at temperatures up to 200°C using storage tanks through to sterile filling without contact with the product.

The specialist MLT6130 with one measuring input stands out due to its time-saving commissioning. Its simplicity lies in the user-specific parameterisation via the adoption of measured values at the push of a button, the delta level, the filling curve or through the external limit value. The evaluation electronics not only serve as a feed unit in the 2-wire technology, but also house the data processing intelligence. The level meter is also used in the compact level control system for feed vessels.

    Limit value probes for organic and aqueous foams

    With our impedance measuring principle and the high definition measuring electronics MTI all foams can be captured either analog as filling level tendency or digitally as limit value. A wide selection of probes enables all types of installation. The three-dimensional measuring behaviour of the foam probe guarantees are high signal-to-noise-ratio for the residual foam on the measuring electrode resulting in an impeccable detection of the most different foam types.

    A versatile filling level instrumentation for a high measurment accuracy and simple commissioning. The TDR measuring principle guarantees a reliable measurment of all products. TDR stands for the measuring principle „Time Domain Reflectometry“.

    The electronics sends our high frequent microwaves along a conductive probe. When the impulses hit the surface of the fluid or solid parts of the impulse energy is reflected. The filling level is calculated from the time difference of the waves sent out to the reflected energy.
