On the 35th anniversary, the founders, Roland and Ingrid Inauen, passed the management of the company on to the 2nd generation, Roger and Thomas on 8 April 2017. A vision, formed 35 years ago, is the legacy that will be carried forward into the future.
The major benefit of the change in management is not only the fact that Roger and Thomas Inauen are part of the family, but also their career paths: For decades, the two learned the subject material, grew into it, were introduced to it and are now part of a motivated team of strong colleagues that works hand-in-hand.
After 46 years of Aquasant AG company history, an era ends in Wettingen. The Aquasant Wettingen production and sales are integrated into Aquasant Messtechnik AG.
To be able to act more cost-effectively and efficiently on the market, Treina Electronics AG merged with Aquasant Messtechnik AG.
Development and production work in accordance with SEV 09 ATEX 0133 X II 1/2 GD Ex ia (Exd ia) IIC T6 CE 0036/1254 Directive 94/9/EC (explosion-proof devices) and are certified accordingly.
Aquasant Messtechnik AG and Treina Electronics AG move into their own office building at Hauptstrasse 22 in Bubendorf and start in-house production. The glass cube not only creates transparency, it also comes with a view.
Development and production work in accordance with ATEX 95 Directive 94/9/EC ( explosion-proof devices) and the Pressure Equipment Directive and are certified accordingly.
Both companies are certified in accordance with ISO 9001 and have met the requirements of the standard for a process-oriented quality management system since April 2002.
Treina Electronics AG is founded to realise comprehensive solutions. Roland Inauen founds Aquasant Messtechnik AG in Bubendorf (Switzerland). The need for instrumentation and high-quality industrial measurement devices for the chemical industry grows in the fields of automation and safety. A range of electro-optical and industrial impedance measurement devices for overflow protection systems, threshold switches, turbidity measurement, fill level, separating layer, product monitoring and concentration measurement is developed.br>
