Level measurements in glass apparatus in the sump at temperatures up to 200°C using storage tanks through to sterile filling without contact with the product.
Level measurement
Why customers rely on aquasant® level measuring technology- The smallest probe dimensions in a variety of materials
- No commissioning in the case of MLT 6260, plug & process
- Quick sum measurement signal with high resolution
- Density-independent
- Measurement using glass apparatus without contact with the product
- Can be used for liquid gases down to -260°C
- Processes in the high temperature range up to 400°C
Measuring system
The specialist MLT6130 with one measuring input stands out due to its time-saving commissioning. Its simplicity lies in the user-specific parameterisation via the adoption of measured values at the push of a button, the delta level, the filling curve or through the external limit value. The evaluation electronics not only serve as a feed unit in the 2-wire technology, but also house the data processing intelligence. The level meter is also used in the compact level control system for feed vessels.
The benefit for you: high economic efficiency and investment security due to the long service life.
Simple calibration concept through menu navigation
Fault visualisation, fault notifications on analog output can be set
Integrated controller via the digital output

Product compensated level measurement, liquids
Liquid level measurement with mipromex Typ MLT 6260
Control the diversity of products in chemical processes and reactions. Liquids that change their dielectrical properties as well as their conductivity need to be monitored and captured by a reference measuring probe. The filling level signal has to be compensated, Our probe technology offers various options starting from dimensions as of Ø 14 mm with serial compensation probe.

Level measurement, foam
Filling level measurement with mipromex Typ MAT 4110
Limit value probes for organic and aqueous foams
With our impedance measuring principle and the high definition measuring electronics MTI all foams can be captured either analog as filling level tendency or digitally as limit value. A wide selection of probes enables all types of installation. The three-dimensional measuring behaviour of the foam probe guarantees are high signal-to-noise-ratio for the residual foam on the measuring electrode resulting in an impeccable detection of the most different foam types.

Radar filling level measurement
An inexpensive application: impulse radar filling level probes
A versatile filling level instrumentation for a high measurment accuracy and simple commissioning. The TDR measuring principle guarantees a reliable measurment of all products. TDR stands for the measuring principle „Time Domain Reflectometry“.
The electronics sends our high frequent microwaves along a conductive probe. When the impulses hit the surface of the fluid or solid parts of the impulse energy is reflected. The filling level is calculated from the time difference of the waves sent out to the reflected energy.
