ATM100

The compact ATM100 turbidity meter system of Aquasant AG in Wettingen, Switzerland takes into account present and future requirements in research, development and production. It can be used for online determination of cell density, monitoring of crystallization processes, suspension monitoring or solid content determination, etc.

4 Measuring Points

Up to 4 turbidity measuring probes can be connected to the ATM100 with a bus cable. It can thus monitor and control independently 4 different processes or process stages.
A full graphic LCD display and an easy menu navigation drastically simplify its operation and configuration. The actual behaviour of the turbidity is represented as a graph for each measurement point. Six linearization points are available for automatic or manual adjustment of each measuring point.
The standard ATM100 configuration for one turbidity measuring probe includes a 0/4-20mA current output as well as 2 relay outputs. It is very easy to carry out a retrofit with max. 4 turbidity measuring probes.

3 Communication Modules

The ATM100 can be equipped with the following optional modules:

• Ethernet module with integrated Web page for configuring the ATM100 and its 1-4 turbidity measuring probes.
• The UART module can communicate either through an RS232 or an RS485 interface, but not simultaneously. This can be used for visualisation software, Labview or similar with the Modbus standard protocol
• Remote maintenance with modem / GSM. Being developed!

Safety

The data are automatically saved when the system is switched off or when a power failure occurs.
